Your Appointment & Covid-19 Guidelines

  • So that we can limit the amount of people in the shop at any given time and are operating on an appointment only.

  • We will be allowing the bride, plus 3 guests only to bridal and collection appointments. Please don't bring more people with you as they will be refused entry. We request no children apart from those needing to be measured for flowergirl dresses booked in which will still be limited to 1 child at a time.

  • We will be allowing you to virtually connect with your friends and family via webcam using Zoom, Messenger Room (via Messenger app) so that they can be a part of your experience. Once restrictions ease we will of course allow you to book in with us again to show any friends and family your chosen dress!

  • Before booking, please ensure you and your guest do not have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone else with symptoms in the last 14 days.

  • When arriving for your appointment, please wait outside until we are ready for you. We will be staggering appointments so that we have enough time to fully clean the boutique before allowing our next customers to enter. This also means we cannot overrun on appointments.

  • Hand sanitiser will be given on entering the shop and also we will be taking both yours and your guest temperature with a quick infrared, non contact device.

  • If either of you have a raised temperature above 37.4, we will reschedule your appointment.

  • Masks will be worn by staff and guests in the boutique. We will provide you with masks for your appointment and you will be require to wear a mask when for the duration of your appointment.


Despite the restrictions we are confident that we can continue to provide you with an enjoyable and special bridal experience - as always!
